Episode #11 - When Business Gets Quiet, Your Wounds Get Loud

[00:00:00] Hello, and welcome back to yet another inspirational podcast episode brought to you by yours truly, Carina from Healergy. I'm your truth speaker, truth seeker, truth keeper, and I am so glad that you're here with me today Hey, it's Carina. Welcome back to Soul Medicine. You know that moment, the bookings stop, the proof disappears, and suddenly you're spiraling.

If you're here, I know you've felt it too, and that's what I'm talking about today because I found [00:01:00] myself crying in a Woolworths car park wondering if I'd broken everything in my business. By the end of this episode, you'll see why those void moments aren't proof of failure, but signs you're recalibrating.

You'll learn how to anchor yourself when lack mindset rises, and how to trust the pause even when there's no evidence yet. Stay with me, because in a moment, I'll share the mantra that got me through this breakdown, and I think it will be medicine for you too Here's me sitting in my car outside Woolworths, tears streaming down my face, and I know you've had your own version of this.

Windows fogged, hands gripping the steering wheel, chest heaving while strangers walk past with their groceries. That [00:02:00] moment where you wonder if you've broken everything I'd just been in there grabbing a few bits, and while walking the aisles, I thought maybe I should just get a part-time job here just to fix the lull, just to stop the panic about the money.

By the time I got back to the car, I realized what was really happening. It wasn't about Woolies. It wasn't about needing a part-time job. It was my nervous system panicking in the pause. Because I'd shifted my business messaging, I'd evolved. I couldn't keep calling in the same clients or speaking in the same way.

The change was necessary. It was aligned. It was true. But with that change, the booking slowed, and my mind screamed, "You've broken [00:03:00] everything. Why did you change what was working? At least the money was still coming in." It felt like standing in a dark tunnel, hearing echoes of my old life, but seeing no light ahead.

That's the Nine of Swords energy, knowing exactly what's happening, but still feeling consumed by the fear of it

And this is the part no one wants to post on Instagram. You know, not the polished reels, the truth, that transformation feels like collapse. Overnight success? The real story is moments like these. Crying in your car, hoping no one sees you. Summoning every ounce of strength just to keep going and not give up I could even hear my late father saying, "Pull your socks up, girl," [00:04:00] and my mum echoing, "Don't be a drama queen."

But in that moment, the pause itself was asking me to trust. To trust that I'd made the right decision, to trust that the right clients were already on their way, to trust that money would flow again. And yet, all I wanted to do was fix it, because I'm human. We all have that instinct to mop up the spill the moment the milk hits the floor, even when it's still dripping from the jug Here's the raw truth.

Lack mindset is a double-edged sword. On one side, you feel the fear and grasp. On the other side, the grasping blocks the flow. And I could see myself doing it even while knowing better. It was like trying to [00:05:00] hold water in my fists. The tighter I clenched, the faster it slipped through What was really happening was the frequency recalibration I chose when I shifted my message.

I was literally retuning the dial, and in the space between stations, the silence felt unbearable. My body ached, my chest tightened, my mind raced. It was Nine of Swords energy, the midnight worries. And yes, leaning into it is the hardest, rawest part. Leaning in means saying, "Even here, when there's no proof, I trust my alignment more than the old scraps.

Even here, when my Virgo moon screams [00:06:00] to fix, I anchor into my Sagittarius sun's vigen- vision. Even here, when lack mindset claws at me, I breathe deeper instead of grasping. Even here, when I feel suspended in time, I remember, delay isn't denial. Even here, I keep going." It's like learning to breathe underwater.

Every instinct says surface, but the medicine is in staying. Just because it hasn't arrived yet doesn't mean it isn't coming. The discomfort is temporary, but the alignment is permanent. I don't need to fix the void. The void is fixing me So if you're in that car park moment right now, your [00:07:00] own version of it, this is your reminder.

You're not broken. You're becoming. You're sitting in the ashes not because the fire destroyed you, but because something new is being forged. And the mantra that grounded me was simple but powerful. I don't need to fix the void. The void is fixing me And I invite you to try it now with me. Hand on heart, three slow breaths, and say, "I anchor back into my body

That's how you remind yourself that even in the void, you can choose presence instead of panic while the universe co-creates with you, [00:08:00] bringing closer what you already desire So here's what I'll leave with you today. What's your version of the Woolworths car park moment? That place where the old is gone, the new isn't visible yet, and all you can do is sit in the pause And how might you meet that moment with trust instead of scrambling to fix it?

Leaning into the void doesn't mean liking it. No way. But it means trusting that even without proof, alignment is still at work. Yes, the lack mindset will whisper. Yes, the panic will come, but the practice is to feel it without letting it close the tap Delay [00:09:00] isn't denial. Just because it hasn't arrived yet doesn't mean it isn't coming.

I don't need to fix the void. The void is fixing me. I breathe, and I anchor back into my body, and I wait

Sometimes the waiting is clearing. After I cried, I came home and cleansed my space with sage and palo santo. I released fear, scarcity, heaviness, and with palo santo, I invited in creativity, warmth, love, and light. That's shadow work in action. You don't just think your way out of fear. You face it, feel it, and shift it.

And here's the other piece. Me naming this out loud, speaking it here, [00:10:00] is the medicine too. Because the moment you give voice to the shadow instead of hiding it, the energy begins to move. Within hours of recording and clearing my space, I had a booking, and later that day, I'd sold a product. These are the signs, the breadcrumbs reminding me I'm still on the right path, the first green shoots breaking through the soil after a long winter.

And this is the part I can't fully name, the unnameable magic. You do the work, you speak the truth, you clear your energy, and then out of nowhere, signs appear. A booking, a sale, angel numbers, little reminders you're not walking alone. This is the work that I hold for clients in Reiki, tarot, and [00:11:00] coaching because healing isn't just about removing blocks or pulling a card for clarity.

It's about learning to sit in the pause without losing yourself, to hold steady when your nervous system screams for proof. Whether through Reiki, tarot, or a coaching container, this is the medicine I offer. How to trust yourself when the evidence isn't here yet, how to remember who you are when lack mindset tries to shrink you, and how to keep going when you feel suspended in time.

And if this way of working speaks to you, I want you to know that in October, I'm opening a small number of spaces for women who are ready to go deeper with me inside a three-month soul deep transformation journey. Applications are open until the 29th of September, and the next intake won't be until February next year.[00:12:00]

If you've been resonating with these episodes and you're feeling the nudge, you'll find the waitlist link in the show notes And if this resonated, if you're in your own Woolworths car park moment, don't sit in it alone. My work is here to support you. You can book a tarot or Reiki session through my website.

And if this episode spoke to you, make sure to follow or subscribe so you don't miss what's next. Share it with someone who needs this reminder because the more we walk this path together, the less alone it feels. Until next time, trust the pause, even here, especially here. Until next time. Just because it was, doesn't mean it will be.

With love, [00:13:00] Carina
