[00:00:00] Hello, and welcome back to yet another inspirational podcast episode, brought to you by yours truly, Carina from Healergy. I'm your truth speaker, truth seeker, truth keeper, and I am so glad that you're here with me today Hey, it's Carina. Welcome back to Soul Medicine. This episode came to me in a very spirit-led way.
I'd been feeling blocked and stuck on what to share next, so I asked Spirit for inspiration, and bam, it dropped in. In my experience, whenever this happens, it's not [00:01:00] just for me. It's because someone out there in the collective needs this message too. And if that's you, if something in this episode resonates, please reach out.
Leave a comment on the episode, send me an email, or DM me on social media. I would love to hear your story You know those moments when inspiration just lands, like a thought out of nowhere, a flash of an idea, a knowing that feels like it's whispered right into your ear. For me, walking has always been one of those portals.
I'd been out walking, not doing anything special, and suddenly a phrase, an image, or an idea would drop in like a little note from spirit. And just [00:02:00] this week I remembered that, and realized I'd been blocking myself by trying too hard, when really all I needed to do was make space for the message to arrive.
And here's the uncanny part. Right after I had this thought, I opened the Headspace app, and the daily meditation literally said, "How do we take the creativity that spontaneously arrives in the mind and make it part of our life and the lives of others so everyone benefits?" And honestly, fuck, holy shit, that stopped me in my tracks because that's exactly what we're talking about today.
It's not enough to receive inspiration. The soul work is to embody [00:03:00] it, translate it, and share it so that it can touch others, too. And I knew in that moment that I just had to get this podcast episode out there, because this was my spontaneous creative idea that needed to be shared with the world so that everyone benefits from it.
And to be honest, I don't know how or what that even looks like for you, but this is where I become a direct channel for spirit, and I just have to trust the process without knowing the why. This is also what intuitive messages look like in real life, those synchronicities that can't be explained away, and you never know where they might appear, so pay attention.
So how do we create the space for those sparks to land? [00:04:00] Well, it's not about sitting on a cushion for hours or forcing silence like a Buddhist monk for days on end. It's about finding rhythm, repetition, and presence in everyday life. And here's why this works on every level. So scientifically, repetitive, rhythmic, that was a bit of a hard one to get out, movement lowers stress hormones and shifts your brain into alpha and theta waves.
These are the states where imagination, memory, and intuition become more accessible. That's why ideas come when you're walking, showering, or doing something mindless. The spiritual aspect of this is rhythm is prayer. Walking step after step, [00:05:00] sweeping back and forth, even the steady sound of the water in the shower, it becomes a mantra.
Spirit uses those openings to slip guidance through. And the energetic layer to this, movement clears static. When you repeat a rhythm, step, pedal, breath, you create a current that moves energy through your body and aura. In that flow, there's space for downloads to arrive. And here's the amazing thing, you're already doing this.
You just may not have realized it. But now you have the awareness, and with awareness comes choice. Or maybe you have noticed, but you weren't sure what was happening. Maybe you wrote it off as daydreaming or [00:06:00] imagination. But now you know. These moments are doorways, not distractions. They're real. They're spirit whispering through the ordinary.
And here's how it looks in real life. In the shower, you're standing under warm water and your mind begins to drift. You're not trying to think. Suddenly, you get a flashing of an idea, like a sentence forms or you remember exactly what you needed to do. That's not random. That's the rhythm of water and the cleansing element creating an opening for spirit to speak While doing the housework.
Think of sweeping or vacuuming back and forth, back and forth. Your hands are busy, your body knows what to do, [00:07:00] and so your mind slips into a soft trance. That's when you suddenly remember the thing you'd been struggling to find words for earlier or an old memory surfaces with a new meaning. It's the same when you're driving a car.
You suddenly arrive at your destination and realize you've been daydreaming the whole time. That's not just zoning out, that's your brain in a light trance state, open and receptive, and often that's when the most random yet brilliant ideas land When walking or cycling, after 10 minutes or so, your steps fall into rhythm, your breath steadies, and you're not focused on every little detail anymore.
That's when the little down notes start to land, the ideas, the words, the sparks you didn't expect. That's how this podcast [00:08:00] started, on a walk to pick up the kids from school When you're gardening or swimming, repetition of the hands, planting, weeding, pulling strokes through water grounds you in the body, connects you to the earth or the element of water, and opens your field to receive insight
These aren't separate from your spiritual practice. They are spiritual practice. Spirit meets you in your daily rhythms, not only on your meditation cushion or at your altar The message here is stop overcomplicating it. You don't need the perfect ritual. Sometimes it's just about letting yourself walk, ride, fold, [00:09:00] or shower and listen.
So here's something you can try. Set a simple intention before you begin, okay? You could say something like, "I'm open to whatever wants to land today." Then choose your rhythm. Go for a walk, go for a ride, have a shower, sweep. Let your mind soften and your body take over. If something drops in, don't dismiss it.
Capture it when you're done. And that's it. No forcing, no striving, just creating space. Don't overthink it. And because I know how powerful the shower portal can be, I've created a guided shower cleansing ritual, something you can literally play while the [00:10:00] water flows. It's designed to help you clear old energy, reconnect with your body, and open to new insight.
You can grab it right now. The link's waiting for you in the show notes. Inside, you'll also receive a beautifully designed PDF guidebook with journaling prompts, affirmations, and simple integration rituals to help you anchor what comes through. So when you finish this episode, take that inspiration into action.
Try it for yourself. Notice what shifts when you bring intention into your everyday rhythms. Remember, your soul speaks in whispers. It's up to you to create the space to hear them, and then to embody them so that others can feel the ripple. When you're ready to sit in the discomfort, I'll be here ready and waiting.
And before we wrap up, [00:11:00] I want to leave you with this. If this episode spoke to you, don't forget to follow the podcast so it can continue reaching the women who need this work the most. And if it landed, share it, please, with someone who's been feeling disconnected from their own guidance because the more we talk about these everyday moments of intuition, the more permission we all have to trust them.
Until next time, stay true, stay tender, and remember, just because it was doesn't mean it will be.
