Episode #4 Burnout Recovery: How to Rise Again When You Feel Done
===

[00:00:00] Welcome back to yet another inspirational podcast episode, brought to you by yours truly, Carina from Healergy. I'm your truth speaker, truth seeker, truth keeper, and I am so glad that you're here with me today Welcome back to Healergy. I'm Carina, and I'm so glad you're here. In today's episode, we're talking about what it means to rebuild after burnout, how to rise not by hustling harder, but by reclaiming your energy and creating rhythms that actually sustain you.

So you [00:01:00] know that moment after everything falls apart, when the dust settles, the adrenaline fades, and you're left staring at the rubble of what used to hold you together. It's the moment the Tower card speaks to in tarot, when life shakes the very foundations you thought were unshakable. Not to punish you, but to free you.

And burnout can feel the same, you know, sudden, disorienting, and deeply revealing, a collapse that forces you to see what was never sustainable to begin with. And I've lived that collapse several times, in fact, and because I've walked through my own ruins, I know how to sit with you in yours without flinching, without rushing you through.

I know that terrain like the back of my hand because [00:02:00] I've re- rebuilt here before too, many a time So for me, burnout didn't happen overnight. It was built quietly, brick by brick. Tiny compromises, whispers I ignored, the belief that my worth lived in how much I could hold. And when the collapse came, I thought rest would fix it.

A weekend off, a few early nights, a promise to slow down next month. But recovery doesn't happen overnight either. It takes the same dedication layer by layer to rebuild differently, to create rhythms that nourish, not numb And maybe you felt this too. The silent collapse behind closed doors. The mask of "I'm [00:03:00] fine" when you're fraying inside.

The guilt for resting in a world that glorifies the grind. Can you feel the part of you that longs to re- rebuild differently this time? To ask yourself, what if burnout isn't failure, but initiation? And what if recovery is less about rushing back and more about relearning how to just breathe?

In tarot, the star always follows the tower. After the lightning strike, after the collapse comes the stillness, the water, the quiet light of hope. Just because it was doesn't mean it will be. The collapse doesn't define you. It clears space for something new. [00:04:00] The tower is the clearing. The star is the healing.

And while the star offers clarity and hope, the moon reminds us that healing is rarely linear, and there will still be foggy nights and in-between seasons along the way Rebuilding isn't about climbing the same ladder either. It's about finding a new rhythm, one that nourishes rather than depletes. It's about tending the soil before planting new seeds and trusting that slow growth is still growth.

That the gentle rhythms you choose now are what will sustain and nourish you later. So if you're here standing in the rubble, know this, you are not behind and you're not broken. The parts of you that feel too tender or too sensitive, they're not your flaws. They're your compass that will guide you forward.

[00:05:00] You're at the threshold. The Tower stripped away what you could no longer carry, and the Star is your invitation to rise differently, softer, slower, rooted in truth and authenticity. To create a life that can actually hold you, that in fact sustains you, nourishes you back And so now I invite you to take a deep breath in, hold it, and exhale slowly

And place a hand over your heart and whisper to yourself, "I rise differently this time. Softer, slower, rooted in [00:06:00] truth

And if it resonates, let this become your daily reminder for a while. A quiet promise you return to, especially on the days you feel yourself slipping back into those old rhythms And in our next episode, we'll explore the energy of the moon, those in-between seasons where the path feels foggy and uncertain, where healing is happening, but clarity hasn't fully arrived yet.

And we'll talk more about trusting your inner tides, navigating shadow work, and finding quiet guidance even when you can't yet see the whole way forward. Until next time, just because it was doesn't mean it will be. With love, [00:07:00] Carina.
